The Medical Museum of Kulliyyah of Medicine was established in August 1997 at Jalan Hospital Campus (City Campus), Kuantan, Pahang Darul Makmur. The museum serves as a resource centre for medical students (undergraduates and postgraduates) It was later moved to its permanent campus in Bandar Indera Mahkota located about 4 kilometres from the township of Kuantan.

The establishment of the resource centre is to provide learning facilities to medical, pharmacy, nursing, allied health sciences, and dental students. The materials on display are suitable for the study of subjects, namely human anatomy, physiology, haematology, parasitology, microbiology, pathology and related subjects. The Kulliyyah of Medicine wishes to extend our learning resources to school students and teachers to further understand medicine and the human anatomy in normal and diseased conditions.

These educational visits can help students planning to choose medicine, or other medical sciences as a career. Around a maximum of 50 persons in a group may be allowed to visit the museum at a time.
